There was no initial public offering (IPO) during FY23, with 37 companies raising 52,116 crore through the main board. Recent fundraising falls short of the record-breaking performance of 1,11,547 crore in FY22. In FY23, the largest Indian life insurer, LIC, raised approximately 39% of all funds through its initial public offering (IPO). However, fundraising in FY23 remains the third highest in the IPO market.
