The fourth interim dividend has been accepted by the company’s board, according to state-owned Hindustan Zinc Ltd. 26 for each equity share during the 2022–2023 fiscal year.
In a filing, the company stated: “We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on March 21, 2023 has approved 4th Interim Dividend 26/- per equity share, which is 1300% on the face value of Rs. Amount of 2/- per share for the financial year 2022–23 10985.83 crore.
As of right now, Hindustan Zinc has set March 29, 2023 as the record date for evaluating whether stockholders are qualified to receive the proposed dividend.
According to the corporation, the fourth interim dividend will be paid within the legal deadline.
The business previously said that the aforementioned interim dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear as beneficial owners of the shares as of March 29, the record date, in the company’s membership register or in the records of the depositories.
