According to the block trade, PPFAS Mutual Fund purchased 11,22,643 equity shares at a cost of 636 per share from UTI AMC on the NSE, totaling 714,000,948.
UTI AMC shares decreased 1.81% on Monday to settle at Rs. 636.05 on the BSE. The market value of the business is about 8,095.14 crores.
On the other hand, Sahasratra Advisers Pvt Ltd and Topgain Finance Pvt Ltd, two entities in Future Consumer, sold a block of shares in the business.
50,33,989 equity shares of Future Consumer were sold on the BSE in a block sale for 0.55 per share, totaling 27,68,693.95.
Meanwhile, Sahasratra Advisors Pvt. purchased 17,00,000 equity shares in Future Consumer for a total of 9,800,000 rupees at a price of 0.56 rupees per share.
In contrast, Topgain Finance Pvt Ltd sold 115,49,923 equity shares for a total of 6,352,457.65 rupees in Future Consumer at a price of 0.55 rupees per share. At a cost of 0.55 per share, he purchased 316,41,953 equity shares of Future Consumer, totaling 17,403,074.15.
Future Consumer decreased 4.84% to close at Rs. 0.59 on Monday on the BSE. The market value of the business is about 117.83 crore.
